Our Treatment Approach

We are a multifaceted coaching team that use several therapeutic coaching approaches to include therapeutic art coaching, somatic movement and yoga, skills development coaching, recovery coaching, family and intimate partner coaching, and integrative nutritional coaching within our group dynamics. The goal is to incorporate several coaching professionals in your specific program to address your individualized needs in a group setting.  We will help you get on the path to being fully recovered.

Our treatment modality is interdisciplinary. 


We apply solution focused coaching to help define the function of your disordered eating, understanding how it impacts your life and the lives of those you love, and helping you find healthy solution to your struggles as well as developing preventive measures to negatively compromising your well-being. We focus on wellness, examine barriers, and help you actively visualize recovery. 


Our behavior coaching methods include an elite emphasis on generating behavioral changes that involve concentration on strengthening your self-identity, recognizing your value, and helping you bring a new vision of your goals into an achievable reality. We help those struggling with disordered eating effectively achieve a wider range of balance of emotional and skill development, positive self-concept, and internal motivation to help developing preventive measure from an eating disorder. 


We help clients reach their goal of being fully recovered from disordered eating by focusing on the whole person's approach to health through your physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological health. Through group collaboration our team of professionals and coaches specialize in therapeutic trauma informed art, somatic movement, integrative nutrition, open processing treat the whole person. 


Getting started with Dani’s Garden is a 6-step process.

Step 1: Complete our referral form from your referral source or contact us at [email protected]

Step 2: Meet with admin to complete your intake paperwork and learn more about what to expect.

Step 3: Complete your intake assessment with our Intake Director and get started on your path to recovery from your disordered eating. 

Step 4: Complete your financial and administrative paperwork. 

Step 5: Order your DG Workbook that will help guide you through the program as well as reference in the future. 

Step 6: Get assigned to your appropriate group and start your programming.
