In collaboration with you, other clinicians, treatment facilities, families, and caregivers we are working to change how we are treating eating disorder clients. Through years of eating disorder experience, we have found we are turning away clients who are not considered ‘sick enough’ or can’t be treated because they do not have a diagnosable eating disorder. Too often these clients struggle with disordered eating and help is not available until their struggles are no longer manageable.
Dani’s Garden is here to help those struggling in the form of preventive measures, and follow-up for additional support, as well as those wanting to have more knowledge and education about developing a healthier relationship with food. We welcome anyone struggling with disordered eating, clients who are pre and post-wt loss surgery, student-athletes, and pregnant women who are working to manage their triggers from a previously diagnosed eating disorder and poor body image to name a few.
